@mattymatheson caramelized parsnip and maple soup Using @batamaplessugarbush both in and garnishing with some that we garlic fermented. Made our own ricotta to plop on top and finished with some fried sunchoke chips.

Tucked in the industrial side of town in a place once known as Wild Card Brewing is now the Counter Catering.
Outfitted with more space then we know what to do with, Health certification and us ready to take on so many more caterings of even larger scales than we ever even thought imaginable, the opportunities are endless.
For now, the future of that space is still in the clouds but for now, a ghost kitchen to up production and take on even more events and larger requests are what’s the foreseeable future for that space.
